• Loading and unloading trucks

• Wrapping skids

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Good written and oral communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading/unloading skids from truck

• Deliver orders accurately and on schedule

• Verify delivery contents with customers and obtain signatures as required

• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues

• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies

• Provide professional and courteous customer service

Qualifications:

• Valid Class DZ driver’s licence with a clean driving record

• Minimum 1-2 years of delivery driving experience

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Reconcile bank and credit card statements

• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements

• Process payroll and maintain payroll records

• Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes

• Collaborate with external accountants during tax preparation

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role

• Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

• High attention to detail and accuracy
